I think I've talked a few times about one of the horses I had growing up that meant a lot to me. But I don't think I've ever mentioned that he had one blue eye. Ever since him I have had a soft spot for blue eyed horses.
Growing up I actually had two horses that had blue eyes, but my boy Stormy is the one who meant the most to me. Both of them were the
kind of horses that come into your life for a reason and change you, and
then leave far too soon. This painting is my own little tribute to all
those horses that impact our lives for the better.
